+ La rotation des différentes cultures légumières sur une même parcelle est enfin un moyen de rendre plus efficace le contrôle des mauvaises herbes. L'alternance des productions dans un même champ permet en effet de se prémunir de phénomènes d'inversions de flores qui peuvent subvenir lors de l'emploi répété d'herbicides de la même famille chimique.
