Voici quelques fiches techniques détaillant différentes méthodes préventives et curatives de gestions des adventices. Ces fiches sont issues du guide de gestion des adventices réalisé par l’ENSAT. Pour chaque méthode, une indication est donnée sur le coût, le temps passé, l’impact environnemental (limité ici à la consommation d’énergies fossiles) et l’échelle d’utilisation (taille de l’exploitation).
Chaque fiche comporte également le contact d’un maraîcher mettant en œuvre la méthode.
